  • Bluetooth Range: The Bluetooth range should not exceed 10 meters for proper functionality.
  • Charging: Avoid using fast chargers and prevent overcharging your device.
  • Mobile App Connectivity: Ensure the associated mobile app is running in the background for consistent connectivity.
  • Water Resistance: Follow all precautionary steps to avoid water damage; water resistance has limitations.
  • Battery Performance: Battery timings can vary based on usage and connectivity.
  • Health Features: Our smartwatches are fashion wearables and are not intended as medical devices or replacements for professional fitness guidance.
  • Visual Differences: Please note that the actual product may slightly differ from on-screen visuals due to display effects.
  • Shock Protection: Take care of your smartwatch to avoid drops from height or onto rough surfaces.

Your warranty may be voided if any of the above guidelines are breached.


 

Warranty Claim Process & Conditions

We strive to make the warranty process straightforward. To qualify for a warranty claim, you must meet these conditions:

  • Original Purchaser: The warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase to avail warranty service.
  • Scope of Warranty: The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.
  • Warranty Registration: You can register your warranty online here.
  • Initial Troubleshooting: We'll first attempt to resolve the issue over call or email. If the issue qualifies for repair or replacement, we'll proceed with the next steps.
  • Product Shipment: You will be requested to ship the product to our location. You are responsible for ensuring the product is successfully delivered to Zenx Technologies.
  • Courier Costs: Our courier process for warranty claims is absolutely free; customers do not pay delivery charges.
  • Transit Responsibility: Zenx Technologies will not be responsible for any delay or damage to the product during transit to us.
  • Replacement Condition: In case of a replacement, you will receive a product of equivalent condition.
  • Amount Difference: If there's an amount difference for a replacement, the customer will need to transfer the amount online before dispatch.
  • Allergies/Rashes: Any liability or claim related to allergies or rashes caused by our products is not covered by Zenx Technologies.
  • Processing Time: While we aim for quick replacements, the process might take up to 15-20 days.
  • Color Replacement: We will make every effort to replace your product with the actual variant/color. However, if unavailable, it might be replaced with another color.

 

Warranty Invalidation

Our warranty will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Dullness of color due to regular wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic/Subjective Issues: Issues related to the look and feel, low sound quality, or limited visibility under sunlight due to dust, dirt, or other particulate matter inside the product.
  • Expired Warranty: After the expiry of the warranty period, regardless of product usage.
  • Improper Operation: If the product is not operated according to the instructions mentioned in this policy.
  • Customer-Induced Damage: Damage resulting from:
    • Customer abuse
    • Repair by an unauthorized person
    • Damage by children or pets
    • Atmospheric conditions
    • Water logging (beyond specified resistance)
    • Use of a non-specified charger
    • Reckless use
    • Extreme temperature
    • Abnormal or fluctuating voltage
    • Liquid-spillage
    • Any other damage beyond human control.
